Food webquest

1.        INTRODUCTION

               You are a chef. You have to create a new dish for old folks. You must present your dish during the food fair in May 2011 at the Dynasty Restaurant in Hilton Hotel, Kuching, Sarawak.

2.       TASK

You must prepare a menu to inform the public about the new dish for old folks. Display your menu at the receptionist counter of the Hilton Hotel and on the tables at the restaurant to promote your new dish.

3.       PROCESS

                                 i.            Select a menu template.

                               ii.            Search for pictures and information on the recipe or ingredients of the dish from the two websites given, and other resources (books, magazines, etc).

                              iii.            Complete the menu with pictures and recipe.

                             iv.            Include other information for your readers.

                               v.            Cite all resources.

                             vi.            Use the menu evaluation tools to guide you.

                            vii.            Present you menu at the Dynasty Restaurant in Hilton Hotel, Kuching, Sarawak.
